Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
You are at least 13 years of age, or are using the App under parental supervision
If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
2. Description of Service
Solver AI: Study Companion is an AI-powered educational application that provides:
Math problem solving through photo scanning and text input
AI tutoring for various academic subjects
Flashcard creation and study tools
Essay writing assistance
Text and document summarization
Language translation and grammar checking
YouTube video summarization
Code analysis and enhancement
Scientific calculator functionality
Important: The App is designed to assist with learning and understanding academic concepts. It is intended as a supplementary educational tool, not a replacement for formal education or professional tutoring.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirements
Users must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
Users under 18 should use the App under parental or guardian supervision
By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Free and Premium Features
The App may offer both free and premium subscription features
Premium features require an active subscription
4.2 Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
4.3 Free Trials
If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
4.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies
We do not have access to process refunds directly
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices
Price changes will be communicated in advance
Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price
5. User Content and Conduct
5.1 Your Content
When using the App, you may submit:
Photos and images of homework problems
Text questions and prompts
Voice recordings for transcription
Documents for analysis
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing our services.
5.2 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the App to:
Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Submit content containing viruses or malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information
AI responses should be verified and not relied upon as the sole source of information

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
AI responses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it

AI-generated content is intended for educational purposes only
It should not be used as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Solver AI
Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App

This license does not include the right to sublicense or transfer your rights

The App uses Google's Gemini AI service for processing queries
Your use of AI features is also subject to Google's Terms of Service
We are not responsible for Google's handling of your data
8.2 Apple Services
Subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple
Your use of the App Store is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
8.3 YouTube
The YouTube Summarizer feature accesses publicly available video information

9. Limitation of Liability

You must cease all use of the App
